peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? My husband does, but I do not. I really did not like it as a child. I liked the peanut butter, but not the jelly. I am not a jelly, jam or preserve person. I do not even eat cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving.

Have you tried it yet with REAL peanut butter, not from the mass-produced companies, but from real peanuts, where most likely you have to stir some first and refrigerate to prevent the oils from separating? Have you tried peanut butter and honey? Or bananas? I haven't tried the latter with chocolate yet, though I have heard of it ... Have you tried it with real fruit spreads, not the mass-produced anomalies with the high-fructose corn syrup and what all - just the fruit and maybe some REAL sugar and no added preservatives? I can testify under oath - all these things make a big difference ...

YES! (humbly) thank you for best response (I just re-read your original post - are you referring to the alleged cranberry sauce that comes in the can? And they serve it in the shape of the can? That is not real cranberry sauce ... I'll have to gather my resources, but if you want the recipe to REAL cranberry sauce ... let me know.)

I agree with you on the cranberry sauce. Yuck. But I love PB & J. The only difference is now that I'm grown it's chunky Peanut Butter instead of creamy. Jelly can be apple, strawberry, blackberry, or grape. I put butter on it too. (I know, heart attack in a sandwich, right? But it's good.) only the whipped kind though.

Okay, what is peanut butter, without butter right? I'm sure it is something that you do not eat often, so enjoy

The protein in the peanut butter is good for you, I am not sure if the oil is a good oil or not.

I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My favorite kind of jam or jelly is Blackberry. Add that to Jif peanut butter and you got a great sandwich. I dont like cranberry sauce either but thats because I dont like cranberries.

I love peanut butter. I snack on them. But I haven't tried having peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Maybe peanut butter and cheese sandwich is much better. i love doing that to my sandwiches.

I LOVE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! I only have one stipulation, though. The jelly MUST be grape jelly. A PB&J sandwich and a glass of milk...makes me smile.

I still like one every once in awhile, but it is not very often that I eat one. I prefer my peanut butter on toast with butter.

I have never really been a big jelly person and usually the only time I will eat jelly is on toast and that is not very often, but when I was little I used to love peanut butter sandwich's because they were always good and they made a good lunch to take to school with me,even now that I am twenty three I still really like peanut butter sandwich's and it is one of the main things I eat other than pizza and ham and cheese sandwich's.

I liked it. I still eat those kind of foods lately and it made me crave for it. I like it a lot especially peanuts. Peanut butter is the best for me. I don't like any sandwich spread at home but only Peanut butter.
