If you eat protein in the morning for breakfast then you wont be as hungry before lunch. I usually eat either yogurt and a scrambled egg or a bagel with peanut butter and jelly on it.

I have just been having a bowl of cereal like Cheerios or Rice Krispies with fat free milk but I am on a diet and watching my calories. Oatmeal does sound really good. If you like veggies you could make a vegetable omelet that would be healthy and quick or you could grab a nutirtion bar although I don't think those feel you up very good.

If you have a super WalMart nearby, check to see if they have frozen sausage patties and scrambled egg patties - then you can get a bag of each and some bagels (as #1 said) or English muffins, or even a Kaiser roll and make some breakfast sandwiches...with cheese or without, up to you. The breads all toasted.
When my stepdaughter moved in with me, she hated sitting down to breakfast every morning, but I didn't want her waiting until lunch at school before eating, so I offered her PB&J or a grilled cheese - she was surprised those were ok. Well, they were with me because they were definitely better than nothing and way better than donuts and pastry, so she was willing to eat them even as she went out the door.
Make some hamburger or sausage gravy the same way you'd make dried beef gravy - brown the meats, put about 1/4 cup of flour in and make a roux, and then pour 2-3 cups of milk in, stirring until thickened. Season as necessary. Eat over toast, biscuits, English muffins or potatoes. Or dunk the breads into it if you don't like that drowned bread idea.
Have a little cheese sauce ready and some browned ham rounds - whether it's Canadian bacon (USA name) or a breakfast ham, doesn't matter - and toast some English muffins and make some scrambled eggs. Butter the muffin, place the browned slice of ham on the muffin half, top with scrambled eggs and then top with hot cheese sauce. You could also use a sausage patty if that's all you had instead of ham.
Take some leftover boiled potatoes and cut them up into cubes. Pour some olive oil in a pan and get it hot and then brown the potatoes crispy with seasoning. Then pour scrambled eggs over the potatoes and continue cooking until the eggs are cooked through. You can eat this on your plate with toast or roll it up inside a tortilla with some salsa and cheese.
Geez - I'm thinking I'd better get to the store and buy some ham and sausage and more muffins because I'm getting really ready for breakfast in the morning!!!

There are several recipe ideas for breakfast an you do not have to go crazy eating oatmeal every single day. You could try a delicious omlette, some ham and bacon with your bread and you would have a great time. A delicious smoothie to go with your breakfast is also a tasty, filling and nutritious idea. http://www.ifood.tv/network/breakfast/recipes

I get up every morning to make breakfast before my man goes to work. He's a big fan of eggs and bacon. You could mix it up, scrambled, omlette, over easy, hard boiled. I usually also make him toast either with butter or cinnamin or jelly or peanut butter. Fruit salads are quick and yummy, try serving the fruit salad with some yogurt and a aprinkling of chopped nuts.
Pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal are always good, but if you're getting bored with them try spicing them up with some fresh or canned fruits. Mix it right into the batter or pour it on top. Whipped cream and cinnamin on pancakes and waffles if you have a sweet tooth, or try adding milk, chocolate milk, cinnamin, fruit, or vanilla to your oatmeal.
