Suspension without due process

I've been receiving memos from my immediate supervisor about negative stuffs. Certainly she has an objective of terminating me from the job simply because she didn't like me. I received a memo one time that I will undergo an administrative hearing which is part of the due process as stated in the company policy. I have written a counter memo and waited when the hearing would take place. Then a disciplinary action was meted to me without undergoing a due process. What should I do?

You may need legal advice. What was in the counter memo? Are you aware of the charges against you? If so, can you defend against them without resorting to "he said/she said?" If not, you may want to seek employment elsewhere.

Yes I am aware of the charges against me. I have a big chance of winning this battle since according to our written policy I should undergo due process. I'm on it now. But this would not be easy. The easiest thing to do is to just give up and seek employment elsewhere but that would only prove that they are right.
