My day started with a laugh at my Mini Dachshunds

I have two mini Dachshunds, Monica and Little Bit,that sleep with me. I woke up as usual with them curled up beside me...with the two of them cuddled together the way they usually sleep. Little Bit started chewing an itch and was really getting into it when suddenly Monica jumped up like she was coming out of a jack-in-the-box! She had such a startled look on her face!!! Little Bit had gotten so involved in his chewing that he bit Monica's tail!!!! She whipped around and started kissing the wounded member to make it feel better. When she realized that I was laughing so hard she glared at me with a "How dare you laugh at me" look, which made me laugh harder!
They are both asleep beside me, but there is a good two feet between them, Monica just doesn't want her tail bitten again! :-)

that was a good laugh!dogs can be really so sweet and caring.. my dog (miniature pischer) loves to be with me when im home, he follows me everywhere and he would even scratch (as if knocking) our bathroom when im in there! when me and my hubby was talking you can see on the side of your eyes that he was listening to us intently as if we are also talking to him and when you looked at him, he would suddenly jump and kiss you! thats how fast our dog is - he is such a baby. =)
