Hi . We have to Computers in the house ! so am i allowed to join a PTC site from the other Computer ! and we're running on the same internet connection . .

If both computers are running on the same connection, no. They will both have the same ISP. Chances are that you will be banned from the site if you have two accounts under the same ISP.

Yeah, we have the same problem here. My son was going to join a site as one of my referrals, and we couldn't because of that.

Yeah ip is the factor here. Plus it is not allowed for a person to open 2 account even you have two different IP.
