Adult bullies at work

I don't think I'll ever have to deal with that at work or anywhere else. I will never let someone bully me, I don't care what the situation is. I actually wish somebody would. I've been treated unfairly at work before though. I had a job where I was not getting as many hours as the older ladies there. When we got a new manager, I did get more hours, but I ended up quitting that job. Ever since then, I told myself that I will never be treated unfairly at work.

This happened to me in my first job. I was so naive then and I do not know they are planning on bullying me. I fought them and my friends always visit me at work so my office mates knew I have a backup. When they realized I am not moving an inch to their bullying, they stopped.

While the man has never threatened my husband with violence, there have been numerous occasions where things that my husband has done have been undone by this man, and my husband has taken the blame for them. My husband knows what he is doing, the other guy doesn't really. Oh well, my husband is retiring today, and this will be one less person to worry about in our lives.
