Yes I am on a site called Triond and you can write about anything you want but it must be by you and know one else, it's a very good sit and you get paid by paypal min is $0.50 to cash out I love it and I write all the time. you get paid by how many people read your work so after you post it you might wont to put it on a site like myspace so lots of people can read it the more people that read it the more money you make.

I don't know of any websites that pay for stories. If you want to get paid for fiction, I suggest you consider writing for print publications instead of online. There is a book called Writer's Market that lists publications that accept stories from freelance writers. There are, however, a number of online sites that purchase articles. My favorite is Associated Content. If you're interested in writing nonfiction, I would check them out. Actually, they will sort of pay for fiction. You'll get paid for page views. They just won't pay anything up front for them, so you won't make very much. Kelly
