Choose between Beauty (face value for men) or Intelligence?

As a girl, i envied air-brushed women especially models. They seem too perfect and like angels in my eyes. I envied how they look and how they can control people (especially men) in their surroundings. They look obviously powerful and glamourous. I even wished to be like them. If you were to choose between beauty and brains where you would be?

i would say its the intelligence. talking to highly intellect people eventhou they are not that pretty makes me forget their physical appearance. and beauty will fade away as time goes by but intelligence is something you can keep until you die. these days men are really into glamourous women though but i guess intelligence matters. i have schoolmates they are not that really beautiful but their boyfriends are way too handsome for them, but they are all dean's lister.

funny thing i observe in the field of marketing? Comparing a pretty sales lady to an intelligent lady - pretty one usually gets the costumer. Sometimes it's face value...i think you can just use your intelligence in some areas but it's still awesome to be pretty (and with li'l brains is much cooler too).

Intelligence. Talking to someone intelligent makes me forget that i'm actually talking to a "unique" person.

I would choose the brains. I think everyone living in this world has somekind of beauty. There are no ugly people. If your heart is good you'll have a beautiful face. If you have brains you will know how to look beautiful as long as you live. If you have only the beauty you will not know what to say and what to do. Beauty too will fade away and there won't be anyone for them.

I choose intelligence. :) I will never look like a model, anyway. :( And, if I DID look like a model ever, it would only last a few years, so if that was all somebody liked about me, then they'd stop liking me after a few years. *LOL* ;( But intelligence lasts forever. Good conversations never end. :)

reality bites, today's world is just focusing on the external features of people. possession of good physical features is really an edge.However, at the end of the day, sensibility still counts, you may have the prettiest face in the world but if you're just like an empty can, people will not be able to appreciate the person beneath the exquisite face.
