you like to be the first to respond in any discussion?!

i always try to be the first to respond in any new discussion intersts me..
sometimes i post a reasponse in a discussion which just started seconds ago and i am thinking that noway i will be the first in it but then i see that 1 or 2 members responded before me and the diffrence between all of us is just seconds..LOL!
so you like to be the first to respond or it don't matter with you?

yeas that's right..also i some times find that even the next responses are affected by the first one..

Yes,I think I have the same feeling with you.You know, when you want to participate an interesting topic here in mylot,you are not just want to earn some monety,I want my response to be seen by more people.So when your responst is listed in the first one,that means more people can have the chance to view it while it at the bottom,it may have poor result.

me myself when see a topic with many pages of responses i just view the first and last page :D
may be the last one have the chance to be viewd too;)

It is lovely when I turn out to be the first to respond to a discussion. This might happen if it is not a very popular discussion. Usually if the discussion was posted ten minutes ago then one or two other members have responded before me. I guess that how many people respond before me doesn't really matter though.

i'm on the same boat as you are. when i go over it and saw some new discussions and if that interest me, i would immediately jump in to start a response specially when there's no response yet. and just like what you said and i thought i would be the first, often times there's already someone who got in first or posted first than me. sometimes i'll be 3rd or 4th, although there are many times too that i an in the fore front.

Tat's right! I too have the interest in responding first to a discussion that I like.. Sometimes time varies and I happen to be the 2nd person to respond to it! :( But there are always good topics out there waiting for responses!:) I am glad to respond to those!

I may be on the other side because i respond to any discussion in this order
1.My friends
2.New user
3.No response
4.Others if I have time
I respond whether i am into the topic or not Now of course if i have nothing to say then i am obliged to pass Good Luck

I admit it's great to be the first one to put your thoughts on some discussion in that way, no one will ever accuse you of copying other people's ideas LOL! But I'm fine with not coming first, I even respond on discussions which have more than 30 responses already as long as I like the discussion that much.

yeah..but i sometimes don't read discussions that have more than 2 pages..i think the poster won't pay attention to last posts..his case may be resolved in the first 4 or 5 replies ;)
