just keep on responding to different discussions so you will reach 200 posts and that will mean you can already use smileys.

I have the same question as you. I too would love to use those smiley icons but unfortunately I also do not know. I hope someone here will teach you so I could also learn. Thanks for this post.

once you reach 200 posts you can use the smileys

I also love to add some smiley. But to bad i haven't reach 200 post yet. I think it will be a while before i can start using it. Try hard and keep the posting going okay.
