What are the most important and informative LOST episodes

Hello, I have benn watching LOST from the beginning.The first two seasons were on DVD and now I watch it live.I wanted to go back an re-watch some of the key episodes in the prior 4 seasons. My question is: What 5-7 eposodes of the past 4 seasons woule you consider to be most informative or key to understanding the series? Thanks!

hi joccylau, i just finished the season 1 yesterday.actually my pals are telling that these series is quiet lame compared to smallville or prison break.for me i cant help it but watch.i'll try to finish it all then ill get back on you. don't be lost!:) yajjelo1
