When is the right time to serve the Lord?

Has anyone here is doing some sort of community service or active in a church? What made you do it? Was there really a time that you will be called?

When I was in college I was really active in my local church. I even volunteered to become the secretary for a few months. But nowadays, I cannot be too active in church anymore since I went home to our province and my church is 1 and a half hours away from home. To answer your question, I think there is no right time to serve the Lord. Everyday should be a day to serve Him with our actions and the way we deal with other people. But if you mean about going full in serving the Lord (means it's your job), yes you are called to it. ;D
