Hello friend, I have trouble with that also for a while. And in fact my sister told me that i needed an exercise. I did not listen and have a lot of excuses. Then, it come to point that i get bigger and bigger that i get petrified. I gain probably about 20 pounds and thats a lot to deal with my body. Now, I more serious in handling with weight. I manage to discipline myself very will in choosing much more healthier food by eliminating fatty food and reduce my carbohydrate in my meal. I did not work out in a gym but since i like to dance, i did it as my exercise and i did it almost everyday just enough to burn my calories in my body. Im now very happy to my weight because i got a result and it is very effective to me. Hope my own experience will contribute to what you looking for. Happy mylotting.

You will have to control your diet while going to the gym. Eat more fruits and vegetables more. Avoid oily food full cream milk. Do not eat bananas even though it's a fruit. Eat more water mellon when ever you feels hungry. Try this for about 7 days and check your weight. If it's working with you continue it until you come back to you proper weight.

I think the most important thing in the weight reduction program, is discipline and continuity. Discipline for the early stage of the program and continuity is for the later stage. I have never undergone such steps, because I never go on diet, but my mom and my sister did it. My mom succeeded but my sisters failed, even they used the same program. The difference is that when they have reached the target, my mom continue the program with the less dosage, my sister didn't do the 'continuity' so that they failed. And my cousin, she had failed from the beginning because she was really indiscipline. She gave herself too many compromises and ended up never reached the target LOL.
Discipline and continuity.
