I've not been sleeping well lately.

I think it's because of my pillow. I use 2 pillows, and I alternate one of them between a feather pillow and a memory foam pillow. I alternate because I get sick of one or the other, or one gets kind of flat (even memory foam loses its memory after a while). Anyway, I think it's time to change to the memory foam. I hope that will help because I keep waking up to fluff my pillow or move it, and I've had a sore neck a few mornings lately.
What kind of pillows do you use? Do you ever switch, and does that help?

That is easier said and done. Very few are that fortunate. At times the problem may lie in taking the days worries to bed, or sleeping in a poorly ventilated room. Exercising too late in the evenings, or not at all. Eating too much, or the wrong foods late at nights. Or not having a schedule for bedtime. These are just a few of the many reasons.

I'm in search of the great pillow, I have yet to find it. I sleep with two pillows shoved into a pillowcase. I had a nice one but after a while my big head just smashes it down. Hotel pillows seem to be the best, you might sneak a few of those away.

Maybe you could also take a look at your matress. Whether it is too hard or soft, supported by a spring or base. Sometimes that can throw the body out of alignment, causing a sore neck. You could also try lying flat on a foam mattress, resting on a base, or even the floor, with a simple neck roll cushion under your neck, if available, and your feet on the pillow instead. ( A simple neck roll can be made by rolling a small, soft face towel, and fixing it in a comfortable position under the neck. I got this info from an orthopaedic consultant. Don't know if it will work for you, but it did help me to get over a very painful slipped disc problem in the neck.
