What is your pasta specialty? What recipe do you like to use when cooking a certain kind of pasta.
I really love to cook, but honestly I haven't tried cooking any yet. But I will soon!!! I really want to invent recipes! :)
So what's your specialty? Share them here. :)

Here's my pasta specialty, hope you can try cooking this:
PASTA TRIVELLE IN SEAFOOD CARBONARA SAUCE
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pasta trivelle
1 cup of canned tuna in water
1/2 kilo shrimp, skinned
1/2 kilo dory fillet, cubed
3 cups of all purpose cream
Half a cup of evaporated milk
1 cup of button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
Grated cheese
Pepper & Salt to taste
Cooking process:
- Cook the noodles by boiling water in a pan with a dash of salt and a tablespoon of vegetable oil (to prevent noodles from sticking together). Set aside.
- Sautee the minced garlic in butter.
- Add the sliced button mushroom. Mix well while sauteeing.
- Add the tuna, cubed dory fillet, and skinned shrimp.
- When the shrimp turns orange, add the evaporated milk followed by the all-purpose cream. Bring to boil. Mix well.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the noodles with the sauce. Mix for about 5 minutes until sauce is evenly distributed on the noodles.
- Add pepper and salt to taste
- Serve in plate with grated cheese and parsley on the side. You may also serve this dish with garlic bread.
