What will happen if prohibition on liqour in gujarat is lifted??

Hi friends, I got this thought suddenly in my mind that what would the future of Gujarat and its people if alcohol would be legal!!Will this people be cautious,and mature in what to drink and how much to drink??The government will surely earn a lot from it,will that reduce the inflation in Gujarat??And moreover what about the health factor??I think today or tomorrow this would be happen in order to avoid it's smuggling. Please share your views with me.
