Are you happy with the name you are given???

well, my name is 'joykumar singh' and i'm not happy with my name! my nickname is 'junil' and i prefer it much more than my certificate name! back home also people know me only by my nickname and most don't know the other name. i don't like my certificate name because it contains 'kumar' and 'singh'. my surname is 'khundrakpam'. it'd have been much better had my name been 'junil khundrakpam' rather than 'khundrakpam joykumar singh'!

I must tell you I am not Satisfied with my name. My full name is Margaret and I consider it a very formal and traditional name. I much prefer my middle name Julia but I Have never gotten people to call me that. I go by mag for certain reasons. I much prefer it to Marg or margie. I do find it interesting to find out the meaning of names that people have and see if it resembles there personality.

Hi Alvin, Yes I love my name, both first and surname as both aren't that common with makes me different from the crowd. My name means light and I have been told that I bring light to a room whenever I enter LOL so apt I suppose too. Ellie :D

I guess my name is ok. I mean, it's a nice enough name. I just always thought that it should be a little bit more fancy. I mean, I'm not really sure if my name really fits me. But, it's an ok name...somewhat common. The name I plan on giving my daughter is a very lovely name, I loved it for many years. I'm still thinking of a middle name, or if she should even have one becasue our last name sounds like a feminine name, it's really nice.
