In terms of dating, what is your age rule?

Some people I know have a weird 1/2 your age +7 rule. Mine is simply within 4 years, I'll do it. Do you have such a rule? If so what is it?

Well, I'm already married, and my husband is a few years older than me. But, I feel like a young person should always date someone their age. If they're dating in h.s., then they should date kids their age. If they're in college, I feel the same way. I don't think young women should date older men at all, or that young men should date older women. Stick with your own age, but that's just my opinion.

i really don't think age matters - my partner is 10 years older than i am and we are great together-he does look younger than his age but if your talking about a younger age group i wouldn't want my 16 year old with a 20 or 25 year old-i think as teen they should definitely stick within their own age group-after 21 i would say it wouldn't matter as long as yous are compatible-its the person not the age
