Free Card for Paypal Verification

I am not so sure if there is a free card out there. Normally you need to get one of those debit cards that allow you to do internet transactions and if you were to get one of those on the internet, they are not free. Alternatively, you can check with your local bank if they have any debit card product that can be used for internet transactions. In Malaysia, so far I am using one card from a local bank and one more card from a local debit card provider (which is not a bank) fro my PayPal verification and withdrawal. The other alternative, as per the other replies who mentioned about if you are from India, you can withdraw direct from to your bank but I have no idea how the verification process works as we can't do the same for Malaysia. I don't think there is something like free CC to verify your paypal. some people sell virtual credit card service but you still have to pay for that too. It is easier and faster than the original CC but you still have to be really careful of that. If you want something easy, low risk and free, you can borrow your family member's CC so that you would be able to verify it. You can pay them about 2 dollars because paypal would draw 2 dollars from the CC in the verifying process. Good luck onkartonge
