My family problem

I don't know how to discribe the relationship between my dad and mum. They are good parents but they are only seemingly hamonious couples. Just a few weeks ago, they quarreled with each other. That's because my father usually went out with another woman. Mum has got a lot of evidence and dad has admitted what he has done. Dad appologized but I'm afraid that mum won't forgive him.
I'm now living in my dormitry. Dad and mum really cherish the time we family getting together and they don't want me to figuer out the conflicts,but I can guess out what had happened. I checked dad's telephone and found some things disappointing. I really want them to be happy again but It's a long way to go and I just don't know what I can do about it.

Maybe for you, it is the happiest thing to live together with your mom, dad. But,parents have their own problems and their solution. If the result is good for them, as a child, all we have to do is to support them and let them know we can take good care of ourselves.

Children always suffer when parents have problems with each other. I am a parent and I try to shield my children from problems but this is not always possible.
