The Avengers movie...next on Marvel?

I've seen the Incredible Hulk yesterday and I find it really great. Story wise and visually. It's funny how Stan Lee always show up as extras in all Marvel movies. Anyways back to Hulk, on the last scene it's a big surprise that TOny Stark (Robert Downy Jr.) came into the scene and starts talking about a "project" and gave a hint saying "we" and as far as I know in the comic book story, Iron man teamed up with Hulk, Thor, and the rest of the AVENGERS. So is Avengers be the next thing on the Marvel movies?
