Isabelmarco.com - the new payout system... + 2 questions

at isabelmarco from today only premium members (1 month costs 9$) could request payouts and my question is : i've requested the cashout on 13th of september, will i be paid or not? my request is still in pending in history...there's the possibility to contact the admin? (i'm not registered to forum...)

no you ll not be paid until you upgrade.

According to the forum, "you will be paid if you upgrade". No conditions. Those payments which were requested before the new payout system was installed are NOT exempt from that condition.
