Which would be the best PTC to buy clicks for my site?

As some of you know, I am promoting a great opportunity. I've had some success with it as of late, (I will let you know more about that when I get a payment proof) but I am thinking about using some paid advertising to promote it more. From my experience, I think the easiest and most cost efficient way to do this is to purchase clicks at a Paid To Click site. But being out of this loop so long I don't know where to begin. A lot of the sites I used to click are gone because of the DDOS attacks, and I really don't know which ones would have the most responsive clickers. So what I am asking you MyLot, where should I place my ads? Where will I get the most amount of clicks for my dollar? Which PTC sites are the most active? Tell me, which site would be the best to put my ad? Please, no links, but descriptions and specs are very much welcomed.
