Meditation

I never did any meditation in my life. About 3 months back I met a person on my journey. He was very interesting person. During the discussion he explained to me the benefit of doing meditation and also explained to me how to do a simple method of doing meditation. At that time I did not give much importance to meditation. It so happened, one day just for fun sake I started doing meditation. After doing for 20 minutes I started feeling something extra energy I have in my body. I started doing meditation everyday for 15 to 20 minutes. This turned out to be regular practice. Now a days, if I do not do meditation, I feel that I missed something important. Any of do meditation, if so what is your experience.

Looks like it got you hooked on it or like an addiction already as your body has got used to having one before doing anything. But I think this is very good kind of habit to develop in you. I have never tried meditating myself but I guess with your testimonial that it does good on you then I think it should be something that everyone should do.
