There are some things that bother me but I don't let them deprive me of sleep. I like fruits and I try to eat regularly. I take probiotics which help me digest everything properly. I think this helps in keeping me healthy and energetic. I do not exercise. Cheers!!

I had similar kind of problem in the past. I used to take pills for sleeping but gradually they lost their effect on me. I tried almost everything to sleep. What worked for me may work for you as well.
Firstly analyze your daily routine. What do you do for a living? Do you work under pressure? Are you bullied in your office or among your friends? Do you spend time for luxury? Do you think a lot? Do you exercise? What time do you wake up or get up fro the bed? What time do you go to bed?
See there could be lot of reasons behind this. So first try to bring decepline your life. By decepline I mean make a fixed time to go to bed and wake up from the bed. If you plan to go to bed by 11pm make sue u are in bed by then. Don't smoke or take tea or coffee before going to bed, at least 2 hrs before.
Try to calm your thoughts.
When you go to bed, don't give extra effort to calm your thought. just lie down still and concentrate on your breath and only breath.
Do some physical activity during the day. A long brisk walk after the dinner will be good.
Try these. they will certainly help. Try self hypnosis. you can find lot of articles on internet on self hypnosis.
God Bless
