I would say : FRENCH.
If I have someone whisper in my ear : "Je t'aime" and start sing french ballad to me, ooooooooohhhhh ... I would be swept of my feet LOL
But lately I have a great interest in Arabic and it becomes somewhat romantic too for me. How about you ? What language sounds romantic to you ???

Should there be one? I think that any language will do for as long as the speaker knos what he is saying plus that he is sincere. Merely saying I love you is not enough for me. Whatever the speaker says that is if he dont memorize the lines and that he dont use too many words or too exagerately poetic that will do.

Well, that's why this discussion is started :-) I think it's different from people to people, and I want to know. It depends on their preferences. I'm a hopeless romantic, I wish for love songs, love poems, and love ballads from my lover LOL. Thanks for sharing.

I think most languages that sound foreign to you are romantic haha. Spanish used to be exciting for me to imagine, but now that I speak Spanish it is less romantic than before haha. My boyfriend speaks Swedish, since he is a Swedish native, and I think it is sooo sexy when he speaks to me in his language, I can only understand a little, but it's that foreignness that I like and the excitement of hearing how he speaks 99% of the time when he is not talking to me. I love it!
