I Actually Drink Milk When I Get Up Early Morning And When ever i Get Back To Bed To Sleep i Drink The Milk And i Drink atleast 5 Glasses Of Milk Daily And What About u Guys n Girls At What time Do u Drink The Milk ????

Hi, first thing in the morning I drink 16 oz of 1% milk and if I have cereal I add 4 more oz of milk to the cereal.I can drink milk any time of the day but I have to start my day off with milk.

i hate milk like any thing!!! by my brother takes it when ever he can lay his hands on it....!!! when we were small my mother used to force me to drink milk...n...when she went out of the room...my glass was emptied by him... i don't know why does he like it so much??? do u like it??

Hi there, I don't drink milk in the morning instead I drink coffee and a little bit milk in it! But I will have juice and yogurt before coffee in the morning. I do drink milk every night because it helps me to fall asleep and to have a good sleep! Oh sorry I drink milk 10 at night. Thanks!

twice a day. once after waking up and brushing teeth etc and then before going to bed and cleaning teeth. it is a very good source of energy and i just relay on 2 glasses as other diary products also have milk and for my rotinue 2 glasses is enough
