where have all the pond's beauty color powder gone ?

This week I have been searching for my Pond's Beauty color powder (The blue one) everywhere. I checked from SM Supermarket, Watsons, also from other groceries and drugstores I know, I even tried to find from retail stores, but strangely, all of them are saying they don't have anymore. Does anyone in here, especially those in the Philippines too are experiencing this? Is there any issue right now that Pond's is dealing with? Are they just into improving the particular product or they really paced it out? I am used to using this powder for years, because it doesn't irritate my skin as like other powders... right now, I am using Johnson's and it's not really making me comfortable...
