graduates' common problem

YES, we are graduates of 2009, and we have to face the society, including everything. it's common sense that it's much easier for students of first-class university to get a good job than students of ecumenic universit. however, i'm not a lucky dog. and we "common graduates" got more pressure, because many large corporations don't tend to hire us. i know clearly that i need more hard work but don't know any useful skills when looking for a good job with a higher salary. who can help me?
