i don't feel that i get stressed. i just get exhausted. being a mom to two kids, is never easy.both are boys and i do all the household chores. i can only start making my chores after we get home. because i have to wait for them in school.they spend three hours daily since they are still in pre school. after that i get to attend their needs, help them in their homework, teach them in advance, prepare meals for the family, wash the dishes, cook, laundry, cleaning etc. at the end of the day, i feel really tired but rewarding because i survived another routinary day and look forward to do it again tomorrow with positive thinking and good vibes.

I have experienced under stress when I was in college. It is because I have to pass a lot of papers, review for my exams and work for my daily life. That was the time when I cried a lot and I wanted to shout to release stress. But nowadays, I can't say I am under stress. I often get irritated with things at work. It is because I just have to close my eyes so I can't see my lazy managers.

Your post tells that you coping with the so called stress in a very befitting manner. Keep it up. For me, when any given task does not get completed in a given time, it gives me a kind of stress. I wish to finish each and every task in time and do not wish to keep it pending. Pending tasks and unfinished tasks increase my stress level.

I have two kids. My son is 2 years old so you can imagine what that is like. I can't get the things done that needs to be done and what does get done takes me two hours to do for something as simple as doing the dishes. My daughter has mild autism. It was very stressful over the summer but now that she is in school, things are a little easier for most of the day.
I constantly worry about money. Who are we going to borrow from today? What bill can we safely put of paying right now? It's a day to day thing and every day I get up thinking the same thing--it will be the same as the day before. I do most of the household chores but every once in a while, my husband does help. I stress out on a normal basis, I don't sleep much, and I can't seem to stop thinking about everything. I find myself taking time away from the depressing everyday housework to play with my kids. They don't know what stress is so it takes me away from it.

Going to college causes stress, not just going to college creates this stress , they just dump us , they don't set us free to read our portion , they want to threaten us all the time , we are grown up we know to read our portions , they stress us a lot .This makes us ( me and all my college mates) feel stressed up.I know its for our benefitt they must treat us a grown ups not kids

I get stressed when financial problems strikes me, I dont know maybe I font know more on how to handle stress. Yeah maybe the only earner of the family is a big responsibility. I just find myself ugly and matured when i am stressed. So sometimes I just ignore problems that come my way.

A lot of things cause me some stress now and I work very hard to avoid them. I did not use to be like this but I lost my ability to cope with so many things when I got CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) that now many things give me minor stress that never used to.
Like I panic when I realise I have forgotten something instead of thinking it through rationally as I used to and just solving the problem. I used to be a great problem solver once. Also my memory is so bad now that I tend to forget things all the time and then get cross with myself for forgetting. I do my best to deal with this by leaving out visual prompts and writing myself notes etc. lol. it all helps.

Hi there! The only thing that stresses me out is when I lack sleep. Often times I sleep late cause I have been spending so much time here in mylot and doing my online activities. Everyday I do the same thing when I'm online and it never bores me cause I love what I am doing.
But I know that it is also bad if I am always stressed out and lacks sleep. It can weaken my immune system and might cause me to get sick so I take vitamins everyday. I also take naps in between mylot when I feel sleepy.
Ciao!

the biggest point of stress for me is my dial-up connection. whenever I am about to do an interesting thing my connection just kicks off. I tried various methods to keep
it working but all in vain. that is the most stressing thing for me.

Hi, Despompa. Like you, I also get exhausted with the household chores and taking care of the children. I have two daughters and a boy. But I go to work in the office during the day. By the time I get home, the line of Mommy's work is right at the door, cook, wash the dishes, clean the children, change the children, feed the children, and lot's more. Until I tack them all to bed. When all of them are sleeping, I still spend maybe an hour bussing and clearing up all the toys and clothes they used the whole day. Whew!!!
It's true, all of these maybe tiring and even stressful. But REWARDING!!!
Regards!

well i do get stressed many times before of many responsibilities in my life. besides that i had so many personal problesm before that i could not deal with that really giving a lot of stress that i could handle. luckily that now things is much easy now. hopefully i will not going to have those stress as before. cause they are taking the toll of me in many ways, i was not able to concentrate in my life in work and in other areas of my life just because of those sources of stress. and it is affecting me in my earning and in my happiness and so forth. but now i am trying to deal withthe sources of my stresses before one by one so that when they iwll going to be the cause of my problem in the future that i will know how i will going to deal with them and it will be easy for me to handle them. it is not easy to be stress4ed for whatever reason. ti affects my mental state in a way that i make so many wrong decisions in life that i regretted later in my life. it rob me of so many opportunities in life.

I find that my stress is directly proportional to the extent that I cannot forecast the future. This works in two ways. One way is when I have no ability to predict how I will arrive at a desirable future from my current situation. The second way is when I am going through a situation in which the forecast that I made for the situation is incorrect.
I find the best solution for all of this is just to force myself to open my eyes and relax. I can't help but think of that wonderful Rolling Stones' song "You Can't Always Get What You Want" and I think to myself, yeah, thats right, things will pull through somehow.
