And we are back with a wonderful night as Survivor does not come up short with change ups and surprises. The fact that you can watch this show and just not know what is going to happen I think is one of the main draws of the show.
Last night I had to record the show and watch it later but it was well worth it. So let’s get started shall we?First of all coming back from tribal counsel I believe that indeed Fang got rid of the weakest team member in Gillian. Nice lady, just not all that good at the physical side of the game which is what the first part of Survivor is. Keep the strong, loose the week.
Like I said last week, however, is still true. GC is all talk and NOTHING to show for it. I have not seen him contribute in ANY challenge yet. What was it Randy called him? The cancer of the team. I agree. I told you last week, with him “Quitting” as leader I believe shows who he is. I have watch all the challenges and have come to the conclusion that he is a Quitter (All except for the first one where he ran to get the immunity idol). But then there was something in it for him. I think the team can use that knowledge. If he sees something in it for him, he goes after it. If not, it’s no big deal. They should put him on the block (publically) before every challenge so that he will fight for his life.
I am still holding to randy going far. As long as he can keep his mouth shut. I was very impressed that he did not blow up during the show last night. When he was talking to GC he never lost his temper. That shows a lot of restraint. Kudos for him.
Kota:
Ok here is a team that had it all, until they started talking about voting people off. This is a mental game. You don’t talk about people to vote off until AFTER you loose immunity. Come on!!!I still have my pick for the whole game to be Marcus. He is strong, smart and under the radar. Bob is one that I see going far as well. The Kota team played it very smart last night voting off Poloma (sp)
Now for the biggie of the night. Sugar. What can you say? She is smart as a tac. Loved the fact that she thought the Crocodile was “Big lizard thingy” lol. If she can figure out when to use it, she could very well go far. She has to be careful about letting people know about her father. She may be seen as doing a “Fairplay” or worse, trying to get sympathy votes.
Ok, there is my views on Week 2. What is your take on?

Without going to the website and looking it up, it is my understanding that GC is quite young. Didn't he just barely make the minimum age requirement. His immaturity is showing. He doesn't have a hope in he** of making it very far in this game. He is also pretty conceited.
Yes, Randy was great in keeping his temper. GC was trying to get him going but he didn't bite. Good job, Randy!
Man, am I glad Fang finally won some challenges. I hate it when it is so one-sided so I am happy to see the balance has shifted.
I'm not sure I wanted to see Paloma go home. I don't like Ace and would like to have seen him go last night. He proved in the luxury challenge that he is dang strong! They need to get rid of him next. I don't think they "need" his strength because Fang doesn't have much. LOL!
I still think it's way too early to say who will win this game. It usually is a surprise in the end. I'm sure this season will be no different.

True, you never know what will happen next. But you know who to watch. Who is the thinker. Who is flying under the radar. Who is flying too much in the open.
I think we may underestimate the strength of Fang. Get rid of GC and then (aside from Suzie) you have some brutes. Crystal will be a force to be reckoned. She is a strong cookie. She will get a target as she gets closer to the merge. If I was her I would back down just a wee bit.

I totally agree that GC is useless. I forgot that he won that first immunity when it was all about him! Also he wasn't too keen about going to 2 meals a day instead of 3~ did you catch that. Hello, they are going to run out of rice if they dont' start to ration it.
I love Sugar. She suprised me last night. I laughed about the lizard thingy too! She is a strong willed gal and hopefully plays that idol just at the right time. Her mistake was telling Ace about finding it.

I like Sugar too but she better be careful being buddies with Ace and telling him she had the idol was a dumb move. Hes going to get her voted out if he keeps making it so obvious that he wants her there. I hope he gets voted out soon, then maybe she'll have a chance.
I laughed at the lizard thingy also.
