which do you prefer? a 3-4 defense or a 4-3 defense? they both have their strong points, but i think i would have to go with the 3-4. because it is so versatile and you can always bring up a linebacker ona play to change it into a 4-3 basically or could even change into a 5-2 by bringing upboth olbs. the 3-4 is also very unpredictable since there is almost ALWAYS going to be a linebacker blitzing, but the offense never knows which one because there is 4 of them.

yea i would agree with the 3-4 but it all depens on your team

I would agree, a lot depends on the personel a team has. You would think at the pro level a team should be able to get players which could do either but at lower levels you need a system that works best with the players you have. I think this is especially true with high school teams.

If I was a coach and i had the personal for a 3-4 defense great if not and it a 4-3 defense then fine I would like the defence that is best for my team Otherwise I donot care which i am more interested in other aspects of the game I trust this is Football we are talking about and not soccer Good Luck
