What do you think about Cyprus teams? Anorthosis, Omonia and APOEL?

Did you notice tha in the champions league groups is a cypus team called Anorthosis Famagusta? It has already 4 points and it's the first time tha manage to be in that stage. She tried two more times but the refery prefered to help Reingers both of times!!! Now she is in the group stage and she is doing great. And the same time Omonia Nicosia's tried to beat Manchester city but she didn't make it. I believe tha some of you already know Cyprus because of her sea and Ayia Napa but now the rest of the Europe heard about my small country more than ever!!

Yes, it is nice to know Cyprus is now competing in the Champions League with good success, I am not a European but I do follow a few of the leagues and the European team events, and frankly I had never even heard of a team from your country which makes it the more surprising to see this team doing so well. I wish you luck with your teams.

Thanks for your wish my friend. Do you know tha a month ago National team of Italia beat the national team of Cyprus 2-1 but the Italians felt lucky because they could loose with more than one goal difference?

we dont know exactly APOEL (when you make this discussion 4 years ago) but now we know APOEL one of the surprising team in champions league 2011/2012.... they now in quarter final of this champions league
