I have managed to build a few decent enough websites in the past, though I completely rely on WYSIWIG editors and a very small knowledge of HTML. I am currently building a few business websites and I need to include things like a login system, forums and private profile pages. Does anyone know if there are any sites, HTML codes or software programs out there that can help me do this with ease?

Correct, CMS can help you simplify your work. Content Management System is a program or application that simplifies all the work in building dynamic websites. Some CMS are opensource and some are not. Research more on different CMS that will fit for the websites that you create. I suggest you look for free/opensource CMS because it is free.
