PayPal is the only way to purchase safely! I shop on Ebay quite a bit, and use PayPal for my transactions. Have even been refunded for a seller on Ebay that proved to be fraudulent. Wouldn't shop otherwise!!

Paypal is an online financial solution...since its most widely accepted it can be very useful.
