What vegetable juice well to increase my daily vegetable consumption?

I need to increase the amount of vegetable. I eat but it just difficult so I thought it would be easier to juice them instead. However not all vegetable juice well so what vegetable should I juice and which one are the healthiest to get all the nutrient I need it also need to taste well.

V8 Splash is a very healthy drink, if you have them where you are I would recommend trying them. The newer ones are better then the older ones, so I would go for those. I am not sure what the name for the newer version of The Splash is, but maybe someone else will know what they are called. We had some a few weeks ago, but I never paid attention to the label.
Nor, did I drink them, but they are supposed to be tastier.

I like a juice of carrot,beetroot,celery and ginger, it is said to be a good cancer fighting juice and it makes me feel good and i even noticed when I remember to have it more frequently my skin even looks better, I think you should have a variety of juicesalong with eating watermelon and rock melon...juices are very good but you should have a few things with protein as well...

this is easy.
grab a can of V-8 juice and read the ingredients.
any vegetable that is NOT tough or extremely fiberous
would be a good choice.
i use a blender for veggies to make a dip base. adding
sour cream or cream cheese. that's easy to make and you
can eat during the day.
not as easy as juicing, but still easy.
it might be fun to try an apple and carrot.
both are sweet.
