Will Paul Kellerman return to Prison break?

Paul Kellerman is still alive. It was not shown that he was actually killed. In the fourth season, he will still has his appearance. He later became a congressman as well.

Kellerman might be back as the actor of Kellerman said he might be alive in an interview with him.

Season 2 only implied that he was killed, right? If memory serves, his last scene was when he greeted the masked and armed men who stopped the van he was riding in. I wouldn't mind seeing him back in Season 4, but I haven't heard any news about this. But if the show's powers that be can bring back Sarah, then they can bring Kellerman back. :)
