What would you do if you are a Prime Minister or a President for a year?

Hi friends, This is a general question we might have faced some time in our life in school or college debates.If not this there might have been some other question as to what you would do if you were this and that? But this was a question faced by me when i was studying.There was a debate going on in our college and this wasa strange question asked to me.I had no answer.Well if you get a chance like this whatwould you do?Remember you got only a year to change things around you.Best luck.

If I were president of my country, I would find a way to send every children to school. And demand from rich people a fraction of their earnings to a special fund that would go to putting food to every family members' plate. Those who spit or litter on anywhere will be put to jail in 24 hours (the least). A list of his offenses shall be published in the government website which can be viewed in public computers so that everyone will know how irresponsible that person is. Ha. Good luck to me.
