Need Some Dieting Tips?

I lost about 20lbs. NATURALLY!!! I did not go throug all those pill promises and suregies, I did it the natural way nad have managed to keep the weight off for about 2 years now.
I have tons of tips on nutrition, exercise, "cheat" foods to curb your appetite, and tons more.
I actually completely changed my diet... I am not a full blown Vegetarian but I do not eat any red meat whatsoever, and almost 50% of my dail intake comes from green leafy vegetables, and complex carbs. When I say I am sooo sure that this along with a ton of other tips, and tricks, and a dash of motivation could definately cause you to shed that unwanted weight. I gained a ton of weight when I was in college. I was a double major, Accounting ad Finance so I had time for absolutely nothing except food!
