how uch health concious are you well talkin about me i go for morning walk everyday and ahve nutritous and well balanced diet and also use my own things like my own soap and my own utilities and people get sometimes angry with me but i do not share my things with someone if it comes to health hygiene and also are you health freak or health conscious because i am a health freak

Well I go to the gym 5 times a week, I will even walk to the gym which is about 2km each way, I don't eat takeaways or any food from fast food restaurants, I monitor what I eat and make sure that I eat lots of fruit, carbs before going to the gym and protein after I have been to the gym. I always take a towel with me in the gym when I sweat and I always rub the machines down before I use them if someone hasn't bothered to wipe their sweat off, which annoys me! I am very conscious about health and don't take any chances. I am lucky that my routine has helped me not get colds and flus as regularly as I used to! So being a health freak as you call it has a lot of advantages!

yes routine following is very strict if you are health conscious but you know sometimes a feeling arises to skip one day if you skip that day then it gets started and you develop habit of laziness well
i developed earlier now i have overcome that htnaks for your response and happy mylotting

hey first of all you missed (m) in the second word and about ur question i can say that im somehow a health conscious because nowadays life style is so busy that a person don't have so much time to take care of his own he don't have time to spend with his family but many girls are there who just want to be look like models so they think so much because they don't have anything to think about except of their appearance .and about u dont share things with other is your matter of ego sharing makeup kits never make u ill instead it will make you glad and proud of yourself .

I am a very health concious woman. I do exercise regularly and eat the right food. I never eat pork, processed meat, junks but only more on veggies and fruits and white meats once in a while. I value my health so dearly because my body is a gift from God. I aslo am not allowing anybody to share with my personal things. They are called personal so they are not for public use.

I am the same as you with certain things, although I live at home with my husband, I have my own things and my husband don't them if he did I would go mad with him,

I would say that I am very health conscious, and this started when I began my daily meditation about 30 years ago. When the mind it still and focused, I become very aware of how my body is functioning and with such focus I can keep it calm and this is a great way of combating stress from a mental point of view.
In my diet I avoid fat (as I have inherited a blood-clotting condition that causes heart-attacks. I've had one heart attack, but through meditation, I reduced the damage significantly. In fact the heart specialist said he was amazed how calm I remained throughout it as there was a clot blocking one of the arteries.
Yes, I was scared, but I managed to get transcend that fear and minimise the damage.

I am very health consious. I regularly hit gym and do normal weight training and cardio excercises. ANd i normally eat all types of food even oily but to some extent.

Well, we always wanted to stay healthy and have a longer life.But i believe that our life is in God's hands.I never restrict myself from eating anything but i always look for veggies for our meals.Everybody in my family loves it.I would love to do exercise but i just can't do it.But i work hard most of the time.Thats an exercise for me.
