Have You Tried Bidding on Swoopo?

Hi all. This site is formerly called Telebid. Basically, you bid on an auctioned item. But unlike ebay, here you have to buy "bid credits" (that's what I call it) which you will spend (in increments) to bid on the item. So, even if you did not eventually win the auctioned item, you have actually spent from your prepaid "bid credits" each time you placed a bid. I think it's crazy. But some people claim they actually got a bargain from their bids e.g. a laptop computer for $100, or an ipod touch for $30, etc. How about you, have you tried this swoopo thing?

Iwas asking same question as you. my neighbour did and got a bargain but said you have to be very good at bidding cos if you use bidbutler and place 20 bids and get item in say ten bds you lose the remaining bids also once you add up what the company make out of people example pay 50p per bid and bidding goes up at 7p per bid. whose better off yes its genuine but whether you have the guts to go all the way thats up to the individual have fun if you try. optimist in scotland.
