I think i would have chose another road to go down. I am satisfied with the outcome so far, but I would have chose to go to college regardless of the money situation.

Hi Curious, I would still choose the same , learn from my mistakes,be a bit more wiser and adventurous. I am leading a good life now although there's ups and downs but I always get through it with the wonderful support from my family & friends.
There's no reason for me to choose another life perhaps with another sister, things would be much more interesting.
I believe whichever life we lead, there will always be trials, triumphs, turbulence, etc.and through all these we get to learn to become a better person and then we are truly living.
Cheer and happy posting!

heck no!! I would have wanted the same parents, but I would love to be born a guy, and with some siblings too so I wouldn't be expected to carry on the line!! It would have made me feel much more free and I guess I wouldn't have married at all. Things would have been so different. I'm not saying that I don't love my husband and kids. I love them very much but it's just that I'm really bored of doing what I do, I sometimes think it would have been better to be a guy and single. It's tough in this world for a girl to be single all her life, plus the hassles she has to go through every month. hence, I tend to think the grass is greener on the other side.

Hello curious friend. If I could start my life again, I would still choose the same, but not exactly. I would make some difference to make myself more capable by working harder at school and I would choose a different career instead of teaching. I would like to choose to work as an interpreter and translator for a company, which is also my favorite job next to teaching. Take care.

I wouldn't because i'd be afraid of doing something different and never meeting the people i know now. But i wouldn't know them the second time around. Not to mention i'd have to learn all the lessons and grow from them all over again. Which could lead to me having less knowledge than i do due to not having the same experiences.

Yes, I would choose the same. My parents taught me great family values. I have a great beautiful and loving wife. However, I would do some things differently, especially in my job search, my career path and choosing of some friends. I have made some changes in my life as I have matured and I would never look back.
Great discussion. Thanks.

Hi there curious!
I would definitely choose the same life! I may not have a perfect life but I certainly have a good family. I wouldn't exchange that for anything else in this world. I have good friends who have been a great part of my life and a sweet boyfriend who's always been there for me and loved me for who I am. I do not think that I have any reason to choose a different life.

My life is just beginning it seems, so no, I would not change a thing in my life. I am going on the path that I see best for me, but I know in the future I may say to myself that it would be cool to do this or that, but too bad we can only make a certain selection of things and not do it all. Perhaps I would have wanted to take more risks, like join the peace corps. or something, but I will go on a different route. I'm really happy though, I have a great head on my shoulders, great family, and a wonderful boyfriend. I would not change anything at this moment.

I would say definately. When I think back to the offers I was given and never took only to realise I should have had a go at least. Or when I think back to a situation I didn't handle very well and if I could start again I would know exactly what to do now.
Hindsight such a brilliant thing it's just a shame you can't go back and change things in life. If I got the change to start again I would also want to try and be a little more spontanious.

i am conflicted about this sometimes i would but then i think of the wonderful little girl i have and how she has brightened and changed my life and being with my husband who i get frustrated with has also brought new adventures to my life like traveling before i had my daughter and moving out of iowa so i guess as horrible as i think my life is sometimes i think i would stay the course and learn from my mistakes.
