I am a member of a website that pays you to post their ads for them. All you have to do to get paid is copy and paste the ads they give you to craigslist and then submit the link to that ad so it can be verified. You get paid 15 cents per ad and there are also some other money making oppurtunities on there but this takes only less than a minute per ad.
