Why ME?!?!

i have to submit info to a site that i did a mystery shop with and its down.. im getting the 404 error and even though i was there yesterday its down today.. when i only have a few hours left to submit to get paid *head to desk*
i know the sites legit because i have done things for them and been paid several times by them so it must be a server thing or something but i am afraid it wont be up in time and i will end up screwed by submitting it late.. and of course its a weekend so the chances that my emails to support will be looked at grrr
anyone else always have web sites screw up when money is riding on it? if you havent used the site before do you automatically assume its fraud? how often will you recheck it to see when its up?

The site or the internet always goes down for me when its time essential.

i was trying it in firefox and didnt know whether to even bother in IE since things seem to have more problems there some times.. it finally came up a few hours before it was due.. now i just have to hope i entered it in perfectly or else im screwed out of the money
