How to burn .avi files to cd?

I wanted to know how to burn .avi videos to cd so that i can watch in a player. I anyone knows please tell me. Thanks for reading:

Hmmmmmmmm What is The payer Do u Have its a DVD or CD player
If Its a DVD player u can burn the .avi files in data cd then ur DVD player may run it very nicely
If its a CD player then u have to download some converter and then it comes nearly under 1.3 gb then u have to burn it to 2 cds probably
so make sure u have a multi tasking DVD player
