How many hours u spend in computer in one day?

Yesterday i noticed i ve been in computer long time i looked my watch it showed 16.30 i went to computer 12 a clock. i were very suprised i thought i ve been in computer 1 and half hour.How many hours u spend in one day ?? and how many hours u think is maximum??

I averaged 4 to 5 hours per day but it's not straight 4 hours. 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours afternoon or evening. Sometimes after an hour I do something else aside from looking at the computer. I eyes hurt and I get dizzy for staring at computer straight for may hours.
