PayPal or AlertPay??

Hi guys,
I am here to ask you an important question about OnLine Payments: it is better PayPal or AlertPay?
I have both accounts, but PayPal in my opinion is the best.
Because:
1 I can put my PayPal cash on my credit card.
2 PayPal is also in italian language.
Does anyone if Alertpay offer a credit card transfering (AlertPay Cash to credit card and credit card Cash to AlertPay) or there is only the CashOut through the Bank ticket to receive at home?

I suggest all to use paypal too.A lot of on line shop accept paypal,it become very easy to shop your favorite things when you own a paypal account.I am an on line seller for ladies' fashion,I know most people are using Paypal account,it is quite safe way to pay and receive payment.

I prefer PayPal to AlertPay. There are many online shop which accept PayPal as their payment system.
