Why does the limiting factor for many things people want to do always have to be MONEY?? There are some things I would love to do that could happen in a heartbeat if that wasn't standing in the way. I guess for some people health is the limiting factor too.
So... given no limits in terms of money and health, what would you do TODAY, THIS WEEK, THIS YEAR? Don't consider things like your family obligations, job obligations, age, gender, nothing like that. Pretend you could do anything you want and it wouldn't affect those you care about.

let me see, what would i do if money and or health was not an obtion. I really think the only thing i would really want to do more then anything is spend more time with my children. i leave my house at 7am and don't get home until 7pm. then i cook dinner and get me, the kids, and hubby ready to do it all again the next day. weekends i just want to relax and do nothing. so if i had money, i would use that money to be able to go away with my family, spend more family time with my children. making long lasting memories

i really miss being there for them when they get home from school, or taking them to school. helping with homework things like that. by time i get home from work, i am to tired to do anything other then cook dinner, get the baby girl bathed and ready for bed and then clean up and go to bed myself. so if i had the money i would spend more time with my wonderful children

I enjoy Vegas every time I go but I have learned I am just not a gambler. I guess I don't have that kind of personality. I have won decent amounts before on scratch or pull-tabs in the past, BUT I hardly ever buy them. This means I guess I am somewhat lucky because I can spend six bucks and win $147 - BUT that doesn't mean I spend that trying to get more. I usually buy a drink or two and go home with the rest of my winnings lol.
Vegas has energy and it's a super great place to people-watch - well as long as you're not trying to drive through it and get somewhere on the Strip. I like the buffets, I would likely strategically hit every one that received a good rating, stay at the various hotels with the full upgrade - of course to combat the buffets I guess I'd have to do a lot of running!

I would take my entire family on an all inclusive vacation somewhere nice and warm. It could be Aruba, Mexico, Costa Rica..anywhere where there is a crystal clear beach and a relaxing atmosphere.
If I was given the money to do whatever I wanted, I would also pay off my house and my sisters homes. What a great feeling that would be to have no house payment the rest of your life.

You know mommyboo, I think you finally asked a question
that I can't think of an answer for! I'm not that good
at pretending anymore! I wish I was! I am honestly at
a loss for words and for me that is something! Since it
would take so much pretending on my part I just don't
think I have it in me to come up with an answer. I'm
really sorry. It is a difficult time for me this week. My
birthday is Friday and that alone is difficult enough for
me to deal with. As I get older it seems to get more
difficult. Let's just say I am very glad that I am allowed
to be having another one that is reasonably healthy, but
the sadness that comes with it is still there. I don't
know why, but my birthdays always make me sad. I have no
idea, but they just do and the older I get it doesn't seem
to change. Well if I can think of something pretend that I
would want to do I will come back and let you know.

Opal dear.... I am happy that you'll be celebrating a birthday. Even though you are far away from me and I cannot see you, you are one of my favorite friends here. I think getting older bothers a lot of people, I mean I don't exactly look forward to getting older either, but when I consider the alternative, which is no longer living, that doesn't appeal to me either!
I watched The Bucket List last night which is what got me thinking about this. Skydiving would really be fun, buying land somewhere and building a custom home would be fun, being able to get onto tapings of reality shows - such as Survivor, American Idol, Big Brother, etc would be fun too. Helping someone who used to be a perfect stranger to get their life in order is on the list too.

If I understand the discussion correct, if I would do anything today, I would just enjoy the day, I would go out to dinner by myself, have a good time, forget about all my problems let my hair down, flirt a little. To end this day, I will come home take a shower and just remember the things I did today and ejoyed with a smile on my face.
It doen't take much to satisfy me. Just not having to work and worry about bills is a good day to me.

I was more thinking about a list of things that you'd want to have time to do if you found out you were going to die in a week... and money and health and other obligations were not in effect.
There are a couple big things I'd like to do, but I also like to just put up my feet and enjoy the day. I suppose I would really like to have a giant master bath with a big double person soaking jacuzzi tub so I could sit in there with candles and read or chat with my husband lol. I have a double shower but it's not the same!

if i could do anything i wanted for one day and money being no object i would take a bus tour down to nashville.I live in canada and that has always been my dream vacation.I know its not a great deal of money but i don't have extra to spare-so with a day with no money limitations this is what i would do!

You know, nothing is too big or too small if it's a dream you have =) To be honest, a few of the things I would love to do have to do more with family obligations than money - it's hard to travel around by yourself when you have kids in school and a lot of things are just plain more fun to do with a spouse, even if they aren't 'into' those things lol. I know that sounds odd but my husband despises camping and I would love to take the kids camping - I just don't want to attempt it without him.
I enjoy flying too, so if I could just fly around and visit various places - not even stay long, just enough to let the local atmosphere of each place soak in, see the sights, meet people, enjoy different food, then travel somewhere else.

I'd love to travel. Then again I'd love to have my own apartment or house too if money was no object. I'd love to get out of where I am living now to move into my own apartment or home. I'm tired of living where I am because that means I have to put up with so many people and things all the time it's just annoying and very old.

I would probably travel to europe and see nice places. Shops at milan and visit historical places. Enjoy every moment trying all delicacies and meet new people and learn about different culture. Those are the things i would probably do if i dont have limits in terms of money.
