At work i love to take up new challenges. Sometimes i end up doing it all alone as all others in the team feel that the task which i am trying to do is impossible. So they simply ask me to guide the workforce at my will and by gods grace everytime they have congragulated me after the targets have been acheived. Do you want to do the daily routine work or do you try to do something new and innovative?

Good for you. I clean houses for a living and I love to see a filthy house when I come into the house and see how clean it is when I leave. It gives me great satisfaction. And I tell you, some of the houses I clean every week are filthy. Some of our clients have grown accustomed to us cleaning once a week so they leave everything for us, including a weeks worth of dirty dishes, even though they have a dish washer. Some have gotten quite lazy since we stared cleaning their houses. And that is okay because they pay us good money to clean. If they didn't have dirty houses they wouldn't need us to clean them and then I wouldn't be making such good money.
We just quit one house yesterday because I got sick of the same thing every week. Dirty diapers laying around the house, where ever they changed their baby they leave the dirty diaper. Some in the livingroom and some in the kitchen, not even in the garbage, but laying on the floor. Some with just pee and some with poop too. The smell was so bad I hated walking in their house. We were being paid $100 a week to clean it, but it wasn't worth the money. We would be there for up to 4 hours cleaning and since there are two of us, we charge $50 an hour so they were getting more clean than they were paying for. I tried to up her charge or put a time limit on what she gets for her money, and she didn't like that so I just quit. There are so many people looking for house cleaners where I live, here in Calgary, Alberta, that we were turning some away but now I am going to call some of them tonight and tell them I have an opening and see if they haven't found anyone else yet, and if not, they will probably hire us.
