I used to be addicted to myLot when I first became a member but then I realised that it was taking up my whole day so I decided I would only log in every once in a while. I don't really think I have any addictions left although I spend a lot of time doing crafts and playing music. I still take time out to talk on the phone and keep in touch with friends and family.

I know mylot can be addictive , I am still new yet i have had to moderate myself. I make myself take care of other things around me that needs tending first , then I set myself a limit and try to stick to it. I like this place , I do not want to get burnt out on it too quickly. :)

I must admit i'm slowly becoming addicted to mylot!!!
I dont hink i have any other addictions but i do like to read when i get the time!!!

I'm addicted to mylot too.. lol =D Other than that, i'm addicted to exercising and running.. lol =D Without fail, i will be mylotting everyday unless something crips up..
As for exercising and running, i will be rotating them around so that i'm actually doing either one for 7 days a week.. hehe =D If it has somehow affect my life, it can only make myself feel more healthier.. lol

eh , yeah the smoking thing I wish myself could get over , but as soon as I am thinking about quitting I end up buying the buy one get one frees . I am such a glutton for punishment. hope this finds you well dragon much love to you and your family

Just being on the internet in general..lol. Im alwasy on here either playing games, posting on mylot, checking email..basically if im home, im on here, if i try to go set on the couch to watch tv or something, i last about 15 mins and i have to come back to the computer and watch from there..lol, but i have to be on the computer when im home..sad.

I was addicted to mylot my first time around left for about a year and and have a limit of 15 responses today ... Early days i was here 5-6 hrs and earning sometimes more then 100 credits daily but no more It made me tired,exhausted and at times wondering why i had this monkey on my back Good Luck Thank God i kicked the habit

Yeah , too much of anything can be harmful . You can hurt yourself in many ways . It takes a strong person to realize they are addicted to something to begin with , then move to correct the situation.
